My first impression on EssayPro.com website is pretty simple and not complicated. All information you need is written clearly there. Customer service is ready to answer your question 24 hours 7 days though they were offline when I placed my order. When they were offline, you can send an email to them through the chat box. However, this is not suggested as they replied very slowly and without informative answer at all. But, the live chat is quite informative.

Price is good – $7.5 per 275 words for standard 10 days. However, EssayPro also uses bidding system, so the price depends highly on the writer. For revision, you have 2 days to ask for revision; otherwise, you cannot ask for any refund.

You can look at the list of writers along with their subject of writing and degree, reviews, and order completed. While this sounds fine, there are only around 30 Essay Pro writers available. Remember, not all 30 writers have good record of writing reviews. With these few writers, you have limited choice of writers, and your project may be written in short amount of time.

Next thing you should check is the EssayPro reviews and feedbacks. This needs to be done to answer question: Is EssayPro legit and qualified? You can easily find the feedbacks and rating for each writer. While you will find native writers with high rating, you will also find those with very low rating and plagiarism record; therefore, you better choose very carefully if you want to pick out one of them.

Actually, the quality is fine but nothing special. There was no plagiarism in my paper, but you better did recheck as some writers do plagiarize.

Speed

They are late 5 hours. I found this was forgivable as I didn’t need the paper until the next morning. However, you should be careful if you order paper for a short amount of time.

Communication

You can communicate with the writer via chat at EssayPro.com. In my case, the writer was not very communicative. She rarely answered my questions about my project.

From my experience, you may use EssayPro writing solution if you are looking for a standard quality with low price. Still, you have to check for plagiarism and prepare for late delivery.
